How we work
1. When brands come wanting their products to reach a customer base, we start by analyzing their target audience and comparing it to our network of micro-influencers. An initial compensation pool is also provided.
2. After we determine the best go-to-market strategy for a campaign, we select the best segments of our influencer network to offer the opportunity to.
3. Talent that has been selected then has the opportunity to choose if this offer aligns with them, and opt-in to the campaign.
4. Influencers are able to do what they do best, and in the way that they'd like. All metrics and performance indicators are tracked in real time by our team.
5. Out of the initial compensation pool, the funds are divided and paid equitably to the influencer that delivered the greatest output and results. The more successful publication are, the more influencers are paid.
